Evaluation Process

Five visits are scheduled.

Visit 1-4: Expect to spend one to two hours on each assessment day at the Clinic for testing across an array of skills including cognition, motor coordination, handwriting, listening, verbal and visual learning, planning, use of strategies, working memory, adaptive skills, emotional adjustment, reading, writing, and mathematics.

Visit 5: Two weeks later return for a feedback session to discuss the findings and recommendations and to address your specific questions.

Consultation

Assessment visits are scheduled.

On the first day of scheduled assessment, provide copies of your child's  interview form, any information on previous evaluations and complete a questionnaire about your child. 

Approximately two weeks from the last day of the assessment,  you will receive a written report.  

A feedback session to discuss interpretation and recommendations will be scheduled.
